Classic BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients (8–10 sandwiches)

  • 4–5 lb bone-in pork shoulder (Boston butt)

  • ⅓ cup Willy B’s Classic BBQ seasoning

  • ¼ cup yellow mustard (binder)

  • ½ cup apple juice (for occasional spritz)

  • Soft buns + your favorite slaw

Directions

  1. Smear mustard on the pork; cover with Classic BBQ. Refrigerate 2 h (overnight is better).

  2. Set smoker or grill for indirect heat at 250 °F. Smoke until internal temp hits 165 °F (about 4 h), spritzing with apple juice every hour.

  3. Wrap in butcher paper, return to smoker, and cook to 195–203 °F (≈ 2 h). Rest 30 min, shred, pile onto buns, top with crunchy slaw.
