OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor
Willy B’s Barbecue, a division of Terra Ventures Collective LLC, 848 Indian Lake Rd, Lake Orion, MI 48362 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family/household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
Begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) July 15, 2025 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET August 15, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within the Promotion Period.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, purchase eligible Willy B’s Barbecue spice bottles on willybbbq.com. Entries are awarded per product size on a single qualifying order as follows:
4 oz bottle - 5 entries
8 oz bottle -10 entries
16 oz bottle - 25 entries
Entries are allocated when your order is processed; cancelled or returned orders are void. Order data is uploaded to RandomPicker.com for winner selection.
5. Entry Limits
Unlimited total entries per person/household, but Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants engaging in fraudulent, robotic or abusive entry methods.
6. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
One (1) winner will receive a Willy B’s Barbecue Gift Pack consisting of assorted spices and accessories (ARV USD $150). Prize includes standard ground shipping to a U.S. address supplied by winner. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
7. Winner Selection & Odds
On or about August 17, 2025, Sponsor (or its designee) will conduct a random drawing using RandomPicker.com from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness and statements for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.
10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation, prize acceptance or use. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
11. Disputes / Governing Law
Entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning these Rules and entrant’s or Sponsor’s rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in Oakland County, Michigan under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted at willybbbq.com/privacy and will be used to administer the Promotion and communicate with entrants.
